Physical Signs That May Show You Have Low T

Generally, men do not want their condition of having low T to be known by other people. This is the reason a large percentage of men having low testosterone do not even consult their doctors about it. But low testosterone do not only manifest as problems in sustaining erection, delaying ejaculation, and achieving orgasm that you can hide. There are other symptoms that may make it obvious that you are having problems with low testosterone.

Just as men do not want their condition to be known by others, they are continually in search for the best testosterone booster so that they may not be single hint that will show that they have low T. Here are some of the more obvious physical signs of low T aside from the sexual problems that men usually experience when their testosterone level start to drop.

Reduced Muscle Mass

It should be noted that testosterone is a major contributor in the development of muscles, so when the body has low T levels, muscle mass is affected. But despite the decrease of muscle mass, muscle strength and function may not be affected according to recent studies.

Increase in Body Fats

Decrease in muscle mass may not be very much obvious in some men. This is because with low T, there is an  increase in their body fats. But if the increase in body mass includes gynecomastia or enlargement of the breasts, it may indicate low T. There is increase in fats when you have low T because the body may not be able to convert all the food that you eat into energy.

Hair Loss

Hair loss may show that you have low testosterone. Although baldness is part of aging, it may coincide with the decreasing testosterone levels which is also part of aging. Having bald spots while the rest of your male relatives have lush hairs may indicate low T.

More Prone to Fracture

Testosterone plays an important factor in bone tissue formation. With low it, there will be loss of density of bones which can result in easily fractured bones.

 

Decrease in Energy Levels

If you experience tiredness and fatigue during the day even after a good night sleep, you may have low testosterone levels. This can be caused by an imbalance of your body hormones because of your low T levels.
